Clear Computer Recruitment was established in June 1989 and since that time has been totally dedicated to the recruitment of Permanent and Contract staff in the PICK market-place. This ensures a commitment to PICK which no other agency can match.
Our aim:
Not only do we want to tell you about us. We hope to provide useful information about recruitment practices; contracting; Pick News & Tips; and much more.

Our aim is to provide a service to the PICK market-place which is second to none. But we're not complacent. If you are a current Client or Candidate and feel our service could be improved, we would like to know how. If you are not currently using Clear, we would like to know why.

Our promise:
Our approach to recruitment is 100% professional. As a member of The REC (the Recruitment & Employment Confederation) , we abide by their code of conduct. For instance:
  • we never send unsolicited CV's
  • we always ensure we have a full understanding of Client & Candidate requirements
  • we do not give misleading information to either party in an attempt to influence a decision
  • we do not approach a Client's existing staff
Also, we don't make a nuisance of ourselves. We believe our job is to match the right candidates to the right vacancies - not to hassle people every hour in the hope that they will give in to the pressure.
